Mr. Fowler has enjoyed a dynamic career in Sales &
Business Development for over 20 years. After
graduating from the University of Evansville with a
Bachelor’s degree in business, Kent worked in the
telecommunications and technology industry for
over 15 years. He began investing in Real Estate in
the metropolitan DC area in 1994; as an outgrowth of
his success as an investor, Kent followed his passion
and obtained his Real Estate license.

Kent’s clients are typically concerned with acquiring
property to build wealth by creating long-term rental
income as well as facilitating mid to long-term
investment appreciation.
Kent focuses on developing neighborhoods. He
believes DC presents prospects for real growth over
the next several years. “In today’s market, there
