David Branch joined Senate Realty in the Fall of 2006, after more than 15 years of real estate investing. He has been involved in numerous projects, including acquisition, operation, and sale of apartment buildings, and renovation and sale of single family homes. “I realized that the part I enjoyed most was working with the clients, that’s why I decided to get my agent’s license, so I could focus on what I do best.”
 This Washington, DC native has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical.Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and worked for Monsanto for 10 years (at that time a Fortune 100 company). And you may recognize his face, for many years, David was a full-time sportscaster, working for companies such as CNN and Fox Sports Net. He still “moonlights” on Wizards broadcasts as the host for “Wizards Post Game Live”.
The things that made David successful as a sports news journalist are the same things that will make him successful as your agent: attention to detail, organization, good communication skills, the need to find the best solutions possible, and the desire to make people happy.
